Shipping & Returns
We only ship to addresses within any of the 48 Contiguous United States.
All enfusia.com orders will be shipped via FedEx. Shipping costs are determined via weight of the products. We do not offer overnight or expedited shipping unless specially requested since we require at least a few days to get your order ready. If you need something shipped overnight, please contact us directly at (866) 681-0732 during business hours (8:30-4:30 CST Mon-Thurs) and we will collect payment for your upgraded shipping and ensure we can fulfill your shipping request.
Standard shipping delivery takes 3-5 business days
P.O. Box Shipping - Please allow an additional 2-3 business days to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
*To be eligible for free shipping you must have a minimum order total of $35 at the time of checkout. If you are eligible, the Free Standard Shipping option will present itself as an option when choosing your shipping option.
*Your order total needs to be equal to or greater than $35 after discounts have been applied.
We will process your order as quickly as possible. Orders received before 11 AM Mon-Thurs will usually ship out same-day. Orders received Thursday afternoon through Sunday will ship on either Monday or Tuesday. Typical time from order to ship is 1-2 business days. We will contact you via your email provided with your order if there will be any further delay or if there is an issue with the items you are trying to purchase. Large volume orders may face delays. Many products are hand made and require time for drying & curing (particularly bath bombs) and this may cause delays. You will receive a shipping notification via email from FedEx when your order has been picked up and is en route to you!
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes a product will not be what you wanted or expected. In that case, please call us at (866) 681-0732 or email us at email@example.com to discuss what products you are looking to return and we will promptly issue a refund.
Refunds requested within 30 days of purchase will receive a full refund to your original credit card. Refunds requested more than 30 days after purchase will be refunded in the form of store credit.
