At Enfusia, we take care in preparing and delivering your order so it arrives safely and reliably.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after standard business hours will begin processing the next business day.
During periods of high demand or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Method
We currently offer standard ground shipping only for all online orders.
If you require expedited shipping, please contact us at orders@enfusia.com before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Rates
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping:
- $7.99 flat-rate shipping on orders $34.99 and under
- Free shipping on orders $35.00 and over
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery Time
Standard ground shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is managed by them. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend:
- Checking with your local carrier
- Asking neighbors or household members
- Contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
